I'm passionate about helping people change their lives, helping them to improve their Mind, Body & Spirit in order to achieve or maintain increased Health, Vitality and Wellness, by teaching them Tai Chi (Taiji Quan) and Qi Gong, Meditation, Health Nourishing & Breathing Exercises, as well as for those interested, through the study of the Martial Arts, Self Defence & Personal Protection (including Women's Self Defence).

Tai Chi (Taiji Quan 太極拳) is a Chinese Martial Art, and Daoist (Taoist 道) Practice, that today is generally focused on it's health & healing aspects, and is practiced as an enjoyable & interesting health nourishing exercise & philosophy that helps you maintain good health, relaxation & vitality. The graceful movements of this Martial Art reflect a history of centuries of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) & Daoist (Taoist) Philosophy, which western science is also gradually confirming & validating.

The regular practice of Tai Chi & Qi Gong has been shown to have many benefits to the physical & mental health and well being of people of all ages and fitness levels. It is particularly helpful for those wishing to improve mobility & balance, relieve stress or anxiety, strengthen the immune system and increase one's general health & vitality, as well as when recuperating from surgery, illness or injury.
